The Christmas decorations are almost all put away. The only thing left is the big wreath on the gate and that will be a quick take down — I just need to figure out where to store it.
Free time was at a premium the last few weeks. Much family, cooking and work – it was great! This week will be back to a “normal” schedule. Back to stitching!!
New projects for 2013 were barely started – but – I did get the grid in for the pages of Frodo and Gladariel (F&G) and a few rows of the grid for SK Trick or Treat (SK TT). These are my tiny starts:
Both are being stitched on 18 count aida. F&G is on cream and SK TT is on the wrong side of Country Mocha, both fabrics are Zweigart which is my personal favorite. I have probably stated this before …. but …. with edge to edge stitching, I find it is much easier to stitch on a super stable fabric.
